Study Units

Integration of PSM systems with business processes, enterprise risk assessment, governance, and formulation of process safety strategies.
Unit 3 – Leadership and Influencing in Process Safety Management
PSM leadership, cultivating a safety culture, risk communication, and stakeholder management to drive organizational change.
