People & Capability Development

We firmly believe that "people" are the heart of safety in the industry. Developing personnel to have the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for Process Safety Management (PSM) operations, alongside Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) work, is of utmost importance. For this reason, we focus on designing courses that can be practically applied on the job, covering all levels from executives, supervisors, operators, to contractors, so that every role understands the risks of production processes, can systematically prevent serious incidents, and advance confidently in their career paths.

Throughout the past period, we have continuously studied, researched, and developed our services by referencing both the requirements of relevant government agencies and practices from international organizations, developing into a 5-level qualification development framework from student level to expert level, and collaborating with partner universities in course design and teaching to develop both students and personnel in the industrial sector to have the potential to tangibly elevate the country's safety, occupational health, and environmental work.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

Fundamental and advanced workplace safety courses covering hazard identification, risk assessment, control measures, and accident prevention in industrial facilities

3

Safe Driving and Transportation

Defensive driving techniques, road risk management, hazardous chemical transportation, and safety protocols for vehicles in factory premises

4

Contractor Safety Management

Systems for contractor selection, readiness evaluation, work control, monitoring, and performance assessment to ensure compliance with factory safety standards

5

Hazardous Chemical Management

Guidelines for storage, transport, usage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals, understanding SDS, chemical labeling, and emergency response for spills or exposure

6

Emergency Prevention and Response

Emergency planning, response team organization, drills, evacuation, firefighting, and crisis communication to minimize impact on life and property

7

Process Engineering and Maintenance

Safe process design principles, preventive maintenance systems, Mechanical Integrity (MI) inspections, and critical spare parts management

8

Environment

Environmental impact management, pollution control, wastewater and air emission treatment systems, waste management, and compliance with environmental laws

9

Energy Conservation

Energy saving measures in factories, energy measurement and analysis, high-efficiency energy technologies, and energy management according to ISO 50001 standards

Conclusion

In the design process, we place importance on qualified instructors and experts, thus developing an Online Marketplace to invite experts from various fields to share knowledge and co-design content that leads to practical application. Simultaneously, we utilize Schols LMS as a mechanism to systematically support development, from competency assessment, defining Training Matrix, recording training/testing results, issuing certificates, and storing evidence, to increase readiness for audits and support the continuous and sustainable development progress of learners.
